Mehrangarh Fort

Jaswant Thada

This memorial site of the Rajput clan still stands strong and was built in the 19th century by Maharaja Sardar Singh. Also known as the ‘Taj Mahal’ of Mewar, this structure represents the true Rajasthani style of designs and motifs.

Clock Tower

Located in the old city, Clock Tower is another brilliant site that needs to be visited at least once when you’re in Jodhpur. Not just this, the entire area is dotted with colourful shops selling handicrafts, spices and other local specialities of the city, known as Sadar Market. Travellers usually prefer visiting it in the evening when the place lights up beautifully and shoppers are in full swing.
